Décryptage – Reindustrialization: the French challenge

It's a word that either galvanizes or frightens, but one that leaves no one indifferent. "Re-industrializing" the country is not so much an end in itself as a means to an end: it's a way of regaining the sovereignty that all parties are calling for, and a way of distributing wealth more evenly across the country.
